The foundation for CSS Audio was built on Mike’s experience and love for ‘live’ recording, sound reinforcement, and performing as a musician. His focus at CSS Audio, Inc. is administrative and oversight. He is the FOH engineer for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and also acts as the Production Manager for comedian Gary Mule Deer.
Dan Grimm

Dan started working for CSS Audio in the summer of 1997 building his knowledge of sound, lighting, and staging equipment. Dan holds an Associates Degree in Business Management from Bryant and Stratton Business School in Buffalo, New York. While in Buffalo, Dan worked for Theater Pro as a home theater installer. At Theater Pro, Dan was required to pre-wire and install whole-home audio, automation, and multi-room video equipment. He also helped program the automation of these components through RTI remote control systems. Later, Dan ran sound at Faith Fellowship Church in Clarence, New York and was hired as the sound ministry supervisor there.
Scott Dean

Scott started with the company in the spring of 2018. He has a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Bradley University and 7 years of professional audio engineering experience. While attending Bradley, Scott co-founded and managed Hilltop Studios recording studio, Bradley’s first student-centered recording facility. He also performed with the Bradley University Jazz Ensembles, playing Jazz trumpet all four years.
